Upload Methods

Drag and Drop

  4. Wait for processing to complete

File Picker

  2. Select files from the file picker dialog
  3. Click "Open" to start upload

Bulk Upload

Upload multiple files at once - there's no limit to the number of files you can upload simultaneously.

Document Processing

After upload, documents go through several stages:

  1. Uploading: File transfer in progress
  2. Processing: Text extraction and preparation
  3. Ready: Available for AI analysis
  4. Error: Processing failed (check file format)

File Size Limits

  • Free Tier: Up to 10MB per file
  • Pro Tier: Up to 50MB per file
  • Enterprise Tier: Up to 200MB per file

Best Practices

Name Files Clearly: Use descriptive filenames
Organize by Type: Group related documents
Check Quality: Ensure PDFs are text-based, not scanned images
Remove Duplicates: Avoid uploading the same file twice
⚠️ Sensitive Data: Ensure compliance with your data policies

Managing Documents

Viewing Documents

Click any document to preview its contents and view metadata.

Deleting Documents

Select documents and click "Delete" - this removes them from analysis.

Re-processing

If a document fails to process, you can retry processing or re-upload.

Troubleshooting

Document stuck in "Processing"?

  • Wait a few minutes - large files take time
  • If over 10 minutes, try re-uploading

Upload failed?

  • Check file size limits
  • Verify file format is supported
  • Ensure stable internet connection

Text not extracting correctly?

  • Scanned PDFs may require OCR
  • Try converting to a text-based format
