Learn how to change your Mathom subscription tier.

Upgrading Your Plan

From Free to Pro

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Upgrade to Pro"
  3. Enter payment information
  4. Review and confirm
  5. Upgrade takes effect immediately

From Pro to Enterprise

  1. Contact our sales team
  2. Discuss requirements
  3. Receive custom quote
  4. Contract signing
  5. Migration assistance provided

Immediate Benefits

When you upgrade:

Downgrading Your Plan

From Pro to Free

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select Free tier
  4. Review limitations
  5. Confirm downgrade

Effective Date: End of current billing period

What Happens to Your Data?

When downgrading to Free:

  • First project kept active
  • Additional projects archived (read-only)
  • Analysis history preserved
  • Team members lose access
  • Storage limit enforced

Before Downgrading:

  • Export important data
  • Remove team members
  • Pause any active analyses

Billing Changes

Upgrades

  • Charged immediately (prorated)
  • New rate starts next billing cycle

Downgrades

  • Credit applied to final invoice
  • New rate starts next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial periods

Re-activating After Downgrade

You can upgrade again anytime:
